Dakhil!!!

Dakhil Bastan (fa) دخیل بستن ( a Persian/Arabian believe ):

I could not find the English equate for Dakhil Bastan!
the story is : the ordinary people are looping a fabric ribbon on holly places and make a wish if GOD open their problem.
after awhile they will back and check if their ribbon is opened!
if so; it means their problem will be solve soon!
Who knows maybe it works!
