wowww!! best point focus (eyes) great! congrats, Umbrella light?!, But as I know in "Splite Lighting" there is one important element that I don't see in beautiful image above. there is a subtle rule that when you using split lighting, the light should move through the depression above nose - between eyebrows - and expose a little to second eye that is in shadow, but here no light exposed to second eye, It happens when you turn your light alittle toward the face. secondley, I don't know, I feel some "blur manipulations" around that looks unusual, am I right?! (these two are JUST my personal aspects of view) after all, the picture is eye-catching, the beautiful lady's eye is talking! (CHakkere Pooyan ham hastim ;-))

i am agree with "Light Cottage" comments about this portrate

Hi, it's an outstanding portrait, you did everything perfect. I'm not agree with Light Cottage, I'm sure he don't know anything about portrait's methods. in a short sentence , there are 28 different methods in portrait photography and the above shot is exactly one one of the hardest methods in portrait photography. In this method the photographer should control the light just by one lighting source, wide Ap and slow Sh speed as you can see on the EXIF details. It's very difficult to take this photo at this hard situation. Thanks pouyan for the shot.

You like it or you don't like it if the right eye is lit or not. So, nor Jacki nor Light Cottage are right, according to me. At first, It looked a bit strange to me, having no light on the right eye, but if you continue looking, then it's ok, really. Nicely done, Pouyan. Jan
